Florence H. Luscomb
Miss Luscomb was born in Lowell, MA on February 6, 1887. She passed away on October 27, 1985. (source: nps.gov) Though not from Swansea, but she spoke in the area, including Swansea, on woman's suffrage in 1915. Several articles were posted in the local papers, including the Fall River Daily Evening News and the Fall River Daily Globe, concerning the suffrage meetings. (source: Newspapers.com)
