Schoolhouse #7 Flag Pole

The flag pole is located at the Luther Store, near the garden

The flag pole, c. 1850, came from School #7 and was replaced by Luther School. Lois Cole attended school #7 and was the last teacher there in 1930.

Joseph Borge, Jr. saved the school building and the flag pole. His daugher, Ruth Soroka, donated the flag pole to the Luther Store Museum in July 1989.
